There’s a wealth of diversity to discover at the Blumberger Mühle Nature Experience Park. This diversity is also reflected in the menu of the sustainable restaurant. In addition to a variety of daily specials, our head chef, Thorsten Lützow, serves up his delicious “Mühlen-Burger” creations with homemade brioche buns.
