Purpose of the Year-Round Guest Survey

With this guest survey—conducted for the first time on a year-round basis—the Uckermark region aims to gain valuable insights into the travel behavior and preferences of both day visitors and overnight guests. The results will be used to further develop tourism offerings in a targeted manner, sustainably enhance the region’s quality, and collect reliable tourism metrics. At the same time, they serve as an important foundation for dialogue with policymakers and for evaluating the success of tourism strategies.

The survey is now live on our website and is initially scheduled to run for one year. If there is a high level of participation, we may consider making it a permanent feature. Participation is anonymous, voluntary, and takes only a few minutes. The questionnaire consists of a total of ten short questions, as well as an optional open-ended question for comments, requests, and ideas regarding tourism in the Uckermark. Some questions are specifically designed to collect tourism metrics and are worded accordingly.
