LINE RE3
From Berlin to Angermünde in 50 minutes
Hop on the RE3 in Berlin, get off at Angermünde Station in just 50 minutes, and then continue right on with our regional bus routes—such as the StrandbadBus, Nationalparklinie, BiberBus, or WelterbeBus—directly to your destination.
Note
Especially on weekends and holidays during the summer season, trains on the RE3 line (Berlin–Stralsund) are heavily utilized by travelers heading to the Baltic Sea. For the destinations Chorin and Angermünde, we recommend taking RE3 trains to or from Schwedt/Oder.
The VBB 65plus pass is valid on trains and buses throughout the Uckermark region.

Train & Bike
Please note that trains tend to be quite crowded, especially on holidays and weekends. We therefore recommend renting bikes locally. Bike rental shops are available at the train stations in Angermünde, Warnitz, Prenzlau, Schwedt, and Templin.

LINE RE66 / RB66
The Berlin-Szczecin Ticket
The Regional-Express RE66 runs four times on weekdays and three times on weekends from Berlin-Gesundbrunnen via Angermünde to Szczecin (Szczecin Główny).
In addition, the RB66 offers extra trips from Szczecin to Angermünde with a direct connection to the Regional-Express RE3 to and from Berlin.
For all of this, there’s a special Berlin-Szczecin ticket for 12.70 euros per trip. For groups of two or more, the Brandenburg-Berlin ticket is a good deal. The tickets are also valid on trains and buses operated by Szczecin’s public transit system.

BRANDENBURG (Uckermark)-Berlin TICKET
The Berlin-Szczecin Ticket
The Brandenburg-Berlin Ticket is ideal for day trips for groups of up to five people. It can be used on nearly all VBB transit systems in Berlin and Brandenburg, as well as on some routes in neighboring states and Poland. It is valid Monday through Friday starting at 9 a.m., and on weekends and holidays, as well as on December 24 and 31, from midnight until 3 a.m. the following day. For trips between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m., the Brandenburg-Berlin Night Ticket is available.

THE Uckermark TOURIST REGION IS POPULAR THROUGHOUT GERMANY
You can reach the Uckermark without changing trains on Deutsche Bahn long-distance trains from the following cities: Binz (on Rügen), Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Erfurt, Essen, Hanover, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg, and Stralsund, among others.
