A Space for Tranquility and Resonance
With klång, new spaces for tranquility, awareness, and regeneration are emerging in the Lower Oder Valley National Park. Visitors can experience individual sessions with singing bowls, discover the sound of their own voices, or immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of the national park during gong concerts.

The vastness of the landscape, natural rhythms, and the silence of the national park serve not merely as a backdrop, but as a resonant space. Sound, voice, and nature interact to create a setting in which tranquility, mindfulness, and relaxation can flourish.

A native of southern Thuringia, she first studied theater education and then theater directing in Zurich. Since 2016, she has directed the STIMME+ Studio Berlin and has been guiding people on their journey toward a free, natural, and vibrant voice.

In klång, her experiences with voice, sound, and artistic practice merge with the qualities of the Unteres Odertal National Park—its vastness, silence, and the natural rhythms of the landscape.

Activities in the National Park

klångzeit – Individual Session
In the historic granary in Criewen, a personalized sound experience is created based on the Peter Hess® Sound Method. The singing bowls are gently struck on and around the body. The sound unfolds throughout the space, lingers, and blends with the tranquility of the location. The unique atmosphere of Unteres Odertal National Park invites you to carry the experience with you into the landscape long after the session has ended.

Your Own Sound – Individual Session
The voice tells the story of what moves us. “YourOwn Sound” combines sound experiences with individualized voice work and creates a space to become more aware of your own voice.

Sound, breath, and voice work together to support free and natural expression.

Gong Concerts
Starting in 2027, open-air gong concerts will take place at select locations in the Unteres Odertal National Park. In the floodplains, in the forest, or beneath old fruit trees, the sounds of the gong blend with the sounds of the surroundings. The landscape becomes part of the concert.

Theater for the Very Young

The Sound of the Reeds
A poetic sound journey for children ages 1 to 4.
Amid the reeds, wind, and water, a little crane discovers the world of the Oder Valley. It follows the sounds of the landscape, listening to the rustling of the reeds and the wind in the grasses. Paper, singing bowls, gong sounds, and movement weave together to create images, sounds, and stories—a theatrical experience to listen to, marvel at, and discover.

Lectures and Health Days

Two expert presentations are available for health fairs, companies, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals:

Sound, Nature, and the Art of Inner Regeneration
Why do so many people today feel exhausted, tense, or restless inside? This lecture combines insights into perception, the nervous system, and preventive health care with the question of what we can learn from sound and nature about regeneration.

Your Own Voice—The Voice as an Expression of Health and Vitality
Why does the same voice sound clear and lively one day—and strained or weak the next? This lecture explores how breathing, body tension, and awareness influence the sound of our voice, and what our voice reveals about our well-being.

  • The floodplain landscape of the Unteres Odertal National Park begins right in front of the historic granary. If possible, plan to spend some time there afterward. Many guests appreciate the immediate transition into nature, which allows them to unwind and let the experience sink in.

Here's what participants have to say:

Julia, IT project manager: “The nice thing was that my thoughts finally slowed down.”

Jana, an administrative assistant at a nonprofit organization: “Sounds that have always been in the world.”

Holger, head of the fitness department: “It gives me the peace of mind that I often miss in my structured daily routine.”
