Hemme Milch Farm Café

The Hemme-Milch-Hof is located in the beautiful Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Buchenwald Grumsin, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site
.

From a blade of grass to the finished yogurt, everything at Hemme comes from a single source. On the farm, Gunnar Hemme runs a milk shop and farm café in addition to the agricultural operation and the dairy.

Here you can enjoy fresh dairy products as well as coffee, cakes, pies, and ice cream…all while taking in a magnificent view of the Uckermark!

The regional shelf also features other products from the Uckermark.
