Grumsiner Brennerei

The Grumsiner Brennerei is located in the heart of the “Grumsiner Buchenwald” World Natural Heritage Site and specializes in the reintroduction of old, nearly forgotten grain and fruit varieties to preserve biodiversity.

Combine your forest hike with a look into the production of high-quality whiskey made from historic grain varieties native to the Uckermark, as well as brandies, spirits, and liqueurs.

All Grumsin specialties are available for tasting during open tours of our historic vaulted cellar or at our farm store.
