Grumsiner Brennerei
The Grumsiner Brennerei is located in the heart of the “Grumsiner Buchenwald” World Natural Heritage Site; among other things, it processes historic grain and fruit varieties from the region and is committed to their preservation and revival.
Combine your forest hike with a look into the production of high-quality whiskey made from historic grain varieties native to the Uckermark, as well as brandies, spirits, and liqueurs.
All Grumsin specialties are available for tasting during open tours of the historic vaulted cellar or at our farm stand.
Leisure hikers and cyclists are welcome!
