The Hemme Milch Hof invites visitors to experience the world of dairy production up close. Every first Sunday of the month at 2:30 p.m., the farm opens its doors to interested guests. During a farm tour, visitors gain fascinating insights into the production of fresh dairy products.

The farm is a real highlight, especially for families with children: In addition to the dairy cows, there are also calves, chickens, and goats to admire and pet. A lovingly designed loop trail winds through the grounds and the farm garden, where visitors can enjoy the rural idyll of the Uckermark.

After the tour, the Hofcafé at the Hemme Milch Erlebnishof invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Here, you’ll find regional specialties, fresh dairy products, coffee, cake, ice cream, and snacks.
