Current information regarding restrictions in the Unteres Odertal National Park due to African swine fever in the Uckermark district.

Due to the current outbreak of African swine fever (ASF) among wild boars, protective measures mandated by the authorities are in effect in parts of the Uckermark district.

The containment measures affect the use of designated local trails, including bike paths, hiking trails, and waterways. Furthermore, horseback riding, hunting, and fishing are prohibited in the restricted areas.

Entry into forests and open countryside (fields, meadows, farmland, all areas
outside of built-up areas and outside of developed areas) is prohibited.

Please observe the designated restricted areas. Due to the current situation, changes to the restricted areas may be necessary on short notice. We recommend using alternative routes.
